Coaching Meets You Where You Are

Coaching is an investment in yourself, your vocation, and your relationships. No two clients are the same, so no two coaching engagements look the same. Sonja works with professionals, executives, and leaders to design a coaching experience tailored specifically to you — your goals, your pace, your life.

What to Expect

Each coaching relationship begins with a free introductory session to explore your goals and determine whether the relationship is a good fit. From there, Sonja works with you to build a customized plan that addresses what matters most to you.

Sessions are one-on-one, conducted via video or phone. As thought partners, you bring the expertise on your own life — Sonja brings tools, perspective, and presence to help you see it more clearly and move forward with confidence. Remember, you are the driver, the coach just helps to navigate and see things the driver might have missed along the way.

A vision board laid out on a clean white table, covered with neatly arranged printed words like “clarity”, “balance”, “purpose”, and “wholeness” alongside serene landscape photos and simple geometric shapes in muted blues and soft neutrals. Smooth river stones and a single lit soy candle in a frosted glass holder add tactile and warm elements. Natural afternoon light streams in from the side, creating soft highlights on the glossy paper and gentle shadows from the stones. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with sharp focus on the central words and a subtle vignette around the edges. Photographic realism with a minimalist, professional aesthetic that feels hopeful, organized, and aligned with intentional life planning.

Coaching is an investment in yourself, your vocation, and your relationships.

Services

A balanced workspace and self-care corner combined in one frame: a sleek laptop closed on a light birch desk, beside a neatly folded, light gray knitted blanket, a small stack of self-development books, and a frosted glass water carafe with a matching tumbler half-filled. A simple white ceramic essential oil diffuser emits a thin stream of vapor, adding a sense of calm. Diffused overcast daylight enters from a large window out of frame, casting soft, even light with minimal shadows. Captured at eye level with the desk stretching into the background, slight depth of field keeping foreground elements crisp. Photographic realism, clean and modern, evoking holistic balance between productivity and rest that life coaching supports.

INTRODUCTORY COACHING

Clarity

For those who are exploring what coaching can offer. A space to pause, reflect, and discern where you’re being called.

A serene triad of objects representing body, mind, and spirit arranged on a smooth, pale stone surface: a pair of light hand weights with a matte finish, an open hardcover book with a ribbon bookmark, and a minimalist white ceramic bowl holding a single polished crystal and a sprig of eucalyptus. Behind them, a blurred background suggests a calm living room with neutral-toned textiles. Warm golden hour light enters from the left, creating gentle, elongated shadows and subtle highlights on the crystal facets and book pages. Photographic realism, shot from a low, intimate angle in rule-of-thirds composition. The atmosphere is grounded, reflective, and professional, symbolizing integrated life coaching that nurtures the whole self.
