Session Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please review the guidelines below:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: You must notify your coach via email or the booking portal at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session start time.
  • Payment Credit: If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your full payment will be credited and applied toward a future session.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions without notice, will forfeit the session fee. No credit will be applied.
  • Emergency Exceptions: The 24-hour fee waiver will be granted for unforeseen emergencies only, such as sudden personal illness or a death in the family.
  • Exclusions: Planned events or predictable scheduling conflicts—such as children’s activities, school events, work meetings, or vacations—do not qualify as emergencies and require the standard 24-hour notice.  Please notify me as soon as possible rather than missing the appointment as a no-show.
  • Credit Expiration: All approved future session credits must be booked and used within 30 days of the original cancellation date.
